What Is Le Creuset’s Factory-to-Table Sale?
Le Creuset’s Factory-to-Table (FTT) sale is an in-person sale where you can shop items at exclusive discounted prices. The deals range with every sale, but previous discounts have been up to 60% off. There was an online version of the sale this year, but the thrill of shopping IRL and finding that exact piece you were looking for is hard to beat.
The in-person sales are scheduled, ticketed events that take place in various locations across the United States throughout the year. General admission tickets are $10 and VIP tickets are $25. General admission tickets have timed entry, so you can choose a scheduled time to shop the sale. VIP tickets get you into the sale earlier, and they also give you the opportunity to purchase a coveted Mystery Box for $50. As the name suggests, it’s a box of Le Creuset items that are valued to a minimum of $350 and you won’t know what the items are until you unbox it.
But there’s a catch with the Mystery Box. In order to get the box, you need to buy the $25 VIP ticket, spend at least $150 at the sale, and then spend $50 for the box itself, meaning you’ll spend $225 minimum with this option. However, the contents of the box are valued at $350+ and unboxing videos on TikTok show people receiving at least five products, ranging from skillets to Dutch ovens to casserole dishes.
What Does Le Creuset’s Factory-to-Table Sale Sell?
At the FTT sale, often taking place in large convention or expo centers, you’ll find tables full of Le Creuset products. The specific products will vary, but you’ll likely see Le Creuset staples such as Dutch ovens and other enameled cast iron products along with cookware, bakeware, and accessories. You also find limited-edition colors, rare shapes, rare styles, and even international items. People who have shopped the sale note that some of the more coveted and deeply discounted items do tend to sell out quickly, making the VIP ticket something to consider.
One blogger who attended the FTT sale in Minneapolis in 2023 saw the following items at the sale:
- Dutch ovens
- Various cast iron products
- Stoneware
- Bakeware
- Accessories
- Skillets
- Tea kettles
“They have a greater variety of choices than the outlets and typically a bit better price than the outlets,” says a Redditor in a thread about the sale.
When Is the Next Le Creuset Factory-to-Table Sale?
Locations for the next FTT sales have not yet been finalized as of November 2024. The brand recommends signing up for emails and following them on Facebook and Instagram to receive the latest updates. The most recent sale was in Miami on September 12–15, 2024.
Is Le Creuset’s Factory-to-Table Sale Worth Shopping?
Yes, Le Creuset’s Factory-to-Table sale is worth shopping if you’re looking to score quality cookware and bakeware at heavily discounted prices. When you take into account that many Le Creuset products can cost hundreds of dollars and the sale can offer discounts up to 60% off, the $10 entry fee for general-admission ticket holders is worth it — especially if you’re more of a casual shopper.
If you want to get a little more serious and have the budget, the $25 VIP tickets are worth it, too. You’re more likely to get your first choice of color and products as well as the option to purchase the Mystery Box. This is the more expensive option because you’d have to spend at least $225 to get the Mystery Box, but if you have the budget or are splitting the cost of items with a friend, this could be well worth the investment.
The FTT sale is also where you’ll find the best deals on Le Creuset outside of the outlet stores or during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
