This is something we haven't seen before: laser-cut sushi rolls. After the 2011 tsunami, Japanese ad agency I&S BBDO created these detailed laser-cut nori designs for their client, Umino Seaweed, in five classic Japanese patterns.

The five designs include: Sakura (Cherry Blossoms), Mizutama (Water Drops), Asanoha (Hemp), Kikkou (Turtle Seashell), Kumikkou (Tortoise Shell). This is merely a new product proposition and not yet on the market, but look out! You may see it on store shelves in the near future.
