• Tuesday, December 12 at 6:30 pm, Sur La Table also at the Farmers Market is offering a hands on cooking class in which students will learn to make a relaxed gourmet brunch. Dishes include Ham and Cheese Palmiers, Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Strata, Hazelnut Waffles with a Berry Compote, and Homemade Breakfast Sausages. The cost is $65.
• Wednesday, December 13, Hip Cooks has four spots open in their Cocktails 2 – Holidaze class. Students will learn how to host the perfect stylish and easy holiday fete. Some of the drinks that students will learn how to create are Rosemary Pomegranate Gin Fizz, Santa’s Sangria, and Holiday Dark and Stormies. Nibblies include Persimmons with Sage, Manchego, and Proscuitto, Caviar Cups with Crème Fraiche and Chive, and Parmesan Crisps with Seared Beef, Watercress and Horseradish Cream. The cost is $55.
