We don’t blame you — there are nearly 58,000 Spotlight Deals running during the full 36 hours of Prime Day (yes, this “day” has a full 12 extra hours in it), and that’s before you take into account the flash deals.

We’ve simplified matters by picking out our favorite sales that will last nearly the entire 36 hours of Prime Day.

Note: To take advantage of these deals, you have to be an Amazon Prime member. Not a member? You can start a 30-day free trial today.

1. 6-Quart Instant Pot Duo, $59 (usually $100)

The pressure cooker that helped kick off the pressure cooker craze, the Instant Pot famously can whip up just about anything in way less time, without sacrificing flavor. This year’s Instant Pot deal is $41 off the Duo model, which offers one-touch cooking ease as well as manual programming options.

2. Vitamix 5200 Blender, $298 (usually $450)

Vitamix blenders will never be cheap. But, at under $300, this is actually a pretty good deal — especially if you’re seriously hoping to get into making smoothies, nut butters, and even hot soups once the weather turns. A certified refurbished model from the Explorian line is currently less than $200, as well.

3. Opal Nugget Ice Maker, $399 (usually $499)

Pellet ice is the best ice. That’s right, we said it. The at-home machines can be a pretty expensive commitment, but if you’re a fan like we are, this might be the time to indulge and get one for $100 off. No iced tea or Mint Julep will ever be the same again.

4. Yeti Hopper TWO Portable Cooler, $175 (usually $250)

Yeti has quickly risen to cult status by appealing to serious outdoorsmen and serious beer drinkers alike. This portable model can keep ice cold for days, and keep your beers or other drinks protected for the ride. It’s even made from the same material as hazmat suits. Your craft brew and packed lunches have never been so safe from the elements.

This Keurig does way more than the original model. It also makes lattes and cappuccinos and has a shot button to brew a concentrated shot of coffee from your favorite K-Cup pod.

One of our favorite low-cost Dutch ovens comes from Lodge (it’s around just $55!). This one looks a lot like the Lodge version and is even cheaper today (and, actually, always). It’s got 4.6 five-star reviews, so it looks like something that might be worth it.

7. Amazon Echo 2nd Generation, $70 (usually $100)

Amazon Echo devices are regularly slashed for Prime Day, making it a good time to pick one up. There are lots of handy things you can do with Alexa-enabled devices in the kitchen, like setting timers and even help figuring out ingredient substitutions on the fly. While an Echo Dot will do all of this (and is cheaper – only $30 for Prime Day!), the original Echo will also make sure your favorite cooking music will sound fantastic, too.
