Kim Kardashian Is Selling Her Calabasas Condo and It’s Giving Super-Minimalist Vibes

In the market for a home in SoCal? Kim Kardashian recently listed her condo in Calabasas, California for a cool $3.5 million — which is more than double the amount Architectural Digest reports her paying for it in August of 2017. Clocking in at 2,260 square feet, the space isn’t exactly huge, especially compared to her sprawling Hidden Hills mansion. But what the home lacks in square footage, it makes up for in pretty much everything else — just as we’d expect from a superstar like Kim K. 

Design-wise, the three-bedroom, four-bathroom space isn’t all that different from the brutalist home Kardashian, 41, shared with ex-husband Kanye West — the listing describes it as a “minimal monastery-style flat” filled with “organic materials” and “soft neutral tones.” Don’t let the minimal vibes fool you, though. The space is filled with luxurious touches, ranging from bespoke furniture to a semi-private elevator.

The real star of the show, in my humble opinion? I’m drooling over Kardashian’s huge chef’s kitchen, which — according to the listing — is outfitted with high-end appliances like a stainless steel Gaggenau oven, a (hidden!) Sub-Zero refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher. The real estate photos also include an eight-top dining table, so there’s plenty of space to entertain all your guests. But if you want to dine al fresco, just head out to the covered outdoor living space.
