Thinking about “going keto” in 2020? Wondering what snack time would look like? I get it. Living in a high-fat, low-carb world can get confusing! Luckily there are some great packaged snacks out there — and it’s not just meat sticks and hard-boiled eggs, either.

I took a spin through Amazon to find some of my favorite keto-friendly snacks to pack in your purse, car, or office desk drawer. And here they are!

Note: You can find plenty of other keto snacks (look at these search results!) — just be sure to look at the ingredients. Many have artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, or processed fibers.

1. Go Raw Sprouted Salted Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds are packed with goodness: They’re high in protein, magnesium, fiber, and healthy fats, and loaded with antioxidants. These also happen to be sprouted, making them easier to digest. Keep a bag in your purse or at your desk and have a small handful when you’re feeling snacky. These are also great sprinkled on top of a salad.

2. Blue Diamond Raw Almond Packs

I keep a box of these handy little snack packs in my house at all times. It’s literally just almonds that have been portioned out to the ideal amount. Each pack has 9 grams of healthy fats, 2 grams of fiber, 0 grams of added sugar or salt, and 4 grams of protein.

3. SeaSnax

These salty snacks are made out of real seaweed, olive oil, and spices; and they’re a great keto treat to help you get in some greens when you’re craving something salty. Try the Wasabi flavor for an extra punch, or give the Chipotle flavor a go the next time you’re craving barbecue chips.

5. Dang Unsweetened Coconut Chips

Made with pure coconut slices and a little salt, these unsweetened coconut chips are the perfect afternoon treat. Just shy away from other flavors, which have some added sugars and aren’t as keto-friendly.

6. Perfect Keto KETO BAR

Perfect Keto has a ton of keto-friendly snacks on Amazon, but their Keto Bars are my favorite. These bars are high in healthy fats and even contain collagen for those looking for some added protein. They also contain coconut and almond butter, and are high in fiber. For those looking for a chocolate fix, go for the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. The Lemon Poppyseed variety also sounds super tasty.
