For many, a new year means trying a new diet. While the ketogenic diet isn’t new (it’s been trending for the past few years), if you’re trying it for the first time, figuring out what to eat isn’t always easy. Generally your choices are low-carb, as the goal is get your body into a state of ketosis, or where it burns fat rather than carbs for fuel.
