If there’s one thing celebrities know how to do well in the kitchen, it’s make delicious scrambled eggs, from Oprah Winfrey’s combination that includes jalapeños, scallions, and truffle cheese to Chrissy Teigen’s low and slow method that takes an entire 20 minutes. And we can’t forget Dolly Parton’s ice water technique, which helps make them fluffier. Now, Kelly Ripa is sharing her cheesy and creamy rendition.

“I am very proud of my scrambled eggs,” Ripa shared on a recent episode of Live with Kelly and Mark. The actress and talk show host had to clarify that the scrambled eggs captured in her most recent Architectural Digest home shoot were not cooked by her. “They were like, ‘Kelly, we made scrambled eggs as if you had made scrambled eggs.” She continues, “And I looked at these scrambled eggs and was like, ‘I would never make scrambled eggs like this.”

“These were dry. These didn’t look right,” says Ripa. The stunt eggs were nothing like the ones she prepares, which involves folding in ingredients like soft cheese and crème fraîche.

Ripa didn’t share explicit details about how she makes her scrambled eggs. But, if you follow her recommendation of adding a soft cheese like Jasper Hill Farm’s Harbison or Murray’s French Double Crème Brie plus a dollop or two of crème fraîche, you’ll end up with scrambled eggs that have a creamy and melty texture packed with rich and buttery flavors.

With the holiday season here, if you plan on making charcuterie boards, save your soft cheeses because the following morning, you can try Ripa’s method for making creamy and rich scrambled eggs.
