Jessica Alba Shares Her Meal-Kit Secret Weapon and the $15 Face Mask That Resets Her Skin
You probably already know that Jessica Alba is a successful actress, busy mom of three, and the founder of The Honest Company, a natural baby and beauty brand — but do you know how she likes to spend her “Self-Care Sundays?” No? Well, now we do! We caught up with Jessica to find out her can’t-live-without ways to wind down.
1. A luxurious bubble bath/bath oil duo.
Every Sunday I indulge in a bubble bath. For ultimate pampering, I add Epsom salts and Comfort Zone’s Tranquility Oil to the bath. I even lather it on my skin post-bath too.
2. Meal kits for a weeknight win.
It’s important for me to be able to share a homemade meal with the people I love. I am a huge fan of HelloFresh because no matter how busy my day is, I know I can rely on them to help me cook easy and delicious meals at home.
3. A detoxifying face mask.
I love slathering on the Honest Beauty 3-in-1 Detox Mud Mask. It contains ingredients like activated charcoal to help purify my skin and Manuka honey and shea butter which leave my skin feeling soft. I find that using this at least one night a week resets my skin — and sometimes my girls join in with me!
4. A scented candle for a good cause.
The Little Market Gardenia candle is one of my favorites. The Little Market sells incredible products made by local artisans whose personal story is right there on the packaging. Their products are all about empowering women and giving those with unfavorable circumstances opportunities to succeed.
5. The comfiest sweats (maybe ever).
I always change into my comfy clothes right when I get home and I live in these cozy sweats. The Jersey Crop sweatpants by The GREAT are my go-to after a long day.
Welcome to Feel Good Five, where we ask people to share the stuff that helps them feel their best.
