If you’ve ever found yourself wondering what kind of digs “Jenny from the Block” songstress Jennifer Lopez owns after decades of success, we now have access to the inside scoop — but the price tag is actually a bit daunting. The estate, which was originally designed by architect Samuel Marx, was built in 1940 and has since been redesigned to resemble that of a “French country refuge,” as per the listing holder, Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates.

As reported by The Wall Street Journal, after being purchased from actress Sela Ward back in the spring of 2016, Mrs. Lopez-Affleck’s estate has recently popped back up on the market with a whopping $42.5 million asking price. That’s $14.5 million more than what she originally paid for it and since the property is seriously breathtaking, we can’t say that we’re mad at it.

Located on an 8-acre parcel and tucked behind a gated driveway, the estate features 9 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms with over 12,800-square feet of living space. Multiple expansive terraces can be found throughout, with tons of natural light and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The main living room stands out with its double-height ceilings, fireplace, wet bar, and a curved iron staircase leading to the second floor.

Other notable features include a formal dining room, wood-paneled library, and — perhaps our favorite feature — a full gourmet kitchen with a stone fireplace and the most perfect little breakfast nook. Upstairs, the master bedroom wing of the home comes with its own fireplace, a library with sitting space, and dual dressing rooms and bathrooms to boot.

With multiple A-list amenities such as a guest cottage, gym, putting green, and pagoda with firepit, guests would have absolutely no reason to leave. Even the spacious family-style game room has its own personal wet bar and — as if that’s not enough — the estate also features a 100-seat amphitheater, infinity-edge pool and spa, and a private lake with its own beach.

As per TMZ, Lopez and her new husband, Ben Affleck were originally planning on renovating her Bel Air estate after Affleck sold his Palisades bachelor pad in October for $28.5 million, but as the two are apparently hunt for their new marital home, they have reportedly been living in a Beverly Hills rental in the meantime. Something tells us though they will have no issue finding a home to lay their heads, as the couple collectively owns a property in Georgia as well as a penthouse in New York City, a mansion in the Hamptons, and a tiny cottage in the L.A. neighborhood of Encino.
