Jennifer Garner shared an Instagram post of her pliéing through her kitchen, greenhouse, and garden for TikTok’s Ballet Terminology Challenge. And while her dance skills are impressive, what really catches attention — at least, for interior design fans — is her wood-paneled fridge that seamlessly blends with her cabinets

In the video, the “13 Going on 30” actress bounces through her kitchen, and viewers get a clear view of the French doors-style fridge with a pull drawer bottom. If you’ve ever felt that bulky stainless steel appliances stick out from the rest of the kitchen, you’ll love this look.

Not only does this light wood fridge front seamlessly blend in with the surrounding cabinetry, but it also ties into her extra large island that is also adorned with gold hardware.

One perk of the fridge-slash-cabinet wall is that the wood details extend up toward the ceiling’s cross beams, drawing the eye upward rather than to the fridge itself. But Garner isn’t above having some appliances in plain view, as her KitchenAid mixer and other cooking appliances proudly retain their rightful place on the counter.

Even if your fridge isn’t as camouflaged as Garner, you can accomplish the same trick that instantly elevates your kitchen design the next time you’re looking to refresh your space. Box in your fridge with surrounding cabinetry, which helps make it look like an intentional part of the kitchen rather than an extra large accessory that sticks out. Plus, more and more appliance models have panel fronts that you can add or swap for a new look.

So if you ever yearn for a celebrity-style kitchen where you can dance around holding your extra fluffy pet — or if you just want to try something new — consider this Garner-approved upgrade.
