I have a confession to make. When I was younger, I was not too fond of homemade bark treats. (I know, I know — shame on me!) It always felt like an underwhelming dessert, given its delicate nature and inconsistency in taste depending on who made it.

Well, someone at my Christmas party last year must have read the tips and tricks for the best-ever chocolate bark because the one they made was better than any bark I’d had up to that point. Ever since that delicious encounter, my tastebuds have been convinced of its greatness and I’ve been looking for great bark recipes I can try at home. And thanks to Jennifer Garner’s recent post on Instagram, I found a twist on frozen yogurt bark that may become my next obsession.

Jennifer keeps things simple and customizable with this recipe. Start by spreading your preferred tasty yogurt on parchment paper. Then, she drizzles a blend from Once Upon a Farm for some no-sugar-added sweetness. Jennifer opted for their Immunity Blend, which consists of apples, cherries, and elderberries. Next, add your favorite toppings — like dark chocolate, berries, granola, and marshmallows — and allow your creation to freeze before serving. Simple, right? I thought so too.

While Jennifer’s bark opts for no sugar, you can check out this frozen grape and granola yogurt bar recipe if you have more of a sweet tooth like myself.
