Here’s something to sing about. “Carpool Karaoke” king James Corden and his wife Julia Carey have officially listed their deluxe Brentwood Park estate. And if you have a cool $22 million (a price tag more than double the nearly $10 million Corden paid), it can be yours.

Enjoying a lavish overhaul since the couple purchased it in 2017, the 1990s mansion located on an almost 20,000-square-foot lot in exclusive Brentwood Park is New England transitional in style, and packs seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms into more than 8,000 square feet of living space.

No peeking though — unless you want to check out the actual listing held by Million Dollar Listing stars James Harris and David Parnes of Bond Collective at The Agency). This property is as private as it gets. It’s entirely cloaked behind a gate and massively mature hedges.

Once inside, the interior is striking. Think vaulted ceilings featuring custom coving, wood-burning marble fireplaces, hardwood floors, French door balconies overlooking the estate garden spaces, and more.

One of the home’s highlights is its immaculate chef’s caliber kitchen — complete with Wolf appliances, a large marble center island illuminated by pendant lights, aqua blue cabinets, and a cozy breakfast nook. The room also allows for easy access to the outdoor dining area/kitchen and a pizza oven perfect for entertaining.

And trust us. Outside space on this property is where you want to be. There are large grassy play areas with an in-ground trampoline, covered loggias wrapped in lush jasmine plantings, dual lawns (one with real grass, another AstroTurf) brick terrace, and a sparkling pool with an inset spa and Baja shelf.

Other notable features include downstairs guest quarters complete with a kitchenette, a full home gym, Bel Air “Circuit” 20-seat movie theater, library, and Crestron home automation.

While the reason for the sale isn’t definite, we’re guessing it has something to do with Corden reportedly moving back to his native U.K. once the finale of The Late Late Show With James Corden films in the spring.
