I am coffee obsessed! We have beans under our Sweet July brand. It comes from all-female cooperatives from across the globe, and I’m really proud of that. My sister leads recipe development for us, and she is obsessed with Ireland. When I filmed Irish Wish there and couldn’t take her, she was so upset she didn’t get to come visit! So when we started working on recipes for St. Patty’s Day for the magazine, this drink was a fun way to do an Irish coffee in a new way.
