Not only do they stay incredibly moist and tender when cooked at high pressure, but they also arguably have so much more flavor than chicken breasts. On top of this, they’re versatile and pretty affordable. Grab some when you’re at the grocery store and you’ll have no shortages of ways to turn them into a fast and easy Instant Pot dinner.
