I’ve never regretted listening to Ina Garten. Whether it’s an organizing tip, recipe suggestion, or cookware recommendation, she never leads me astray. So it should come as absolutely no surprise that when searching for a roasting pan, I looked to Ina.

One of my go-to resources for Ina recommendations is her Instagram. Sometimes it requires some scrolling, but for this hunt I hit gold! I found two photos showcasing her favorite roasting pan (here and here), headed to Google, and purchased said All-Clad pan.

And, wow, does this roasting pan deliver. It has very large, roomy handles that are a cinch to pick up even with bulky oven mitts on. It’s made from stainless steel that conducts heat evenly and comes with a V-shaped rack that cradles poultry perfectly. And it’s dishwasher-safe (as Ina well knows!) for easy cleanup, which is essential post-Thanksgiving dinner. And while I’ve only used it, so far, for cooking a whole chicken and roasting a glut of eggplant from my garden, I’m really excited to try it out with my Thanksgiving turkey. I also have big plans to use it to roast a whole fish and make deep casseroles, like an extra-large lasagna.

I got the large pan, which was, for sure, a splurge. However, All-Clad cookware is known for its durable construction and longevity, so I have confidence this pan will be with me for years and years to come. And while the large roaster can fit a 20-pound turkey, there’s also a small roaster for $20 less, which accommodates a 15-pound bird. Now, let’s see how Ina makes her turkey …
