In France, You Can’t Name Your Baby Nutella
Earlier this month, the French courts banned a couple from naming their daughter Nutella.
Surprisingly it wasn’t because of a copyright or trademark claim. Instead, the court noted that it would cause “mockery or disobliging remarks.”
Now who can we get to ban Kale as a baby name?
