Q: Prompted by Faith’s post about the visit from the health inspector, I’ve finally eliminated the sponge from the sink, but I haven’t yet found a good replacement. I find regular rags and dishtowels to be too large and not abrasive enough for pots and pans. Can you or any of your readers recommend a sturdy, washable replacement for a sponge?
