I’m Tired of Wasting Milk! What’s the Best Way to Have Milk for My Coffee?
Q: I drink about one tablespoon of milk in my coffee every morning. This means that even if I buy a little bottle, I don’t finish it in the week. If none of my friends want to take the extra before it goes bad, I throw it out. Is there some way to avoid this? Can you buy individual coffee milk packets, like you can buy individual creamers? Can I freeze it in an ice cube tray? Help!

Another reader also recently commented that she whips heavy cream into whipped cream, dollops it on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and freezes it solid. Then she has little spoonfuls of cream whenever she wants. I thought that was brilliant!
