Best in Dough Hulu Pizza Competition

I love a good cooking competition show. The drama that ensues when trying to frost a cake that’s too warm, the beauty shots of the masterfully plated final dishes, the banter between contestants and judges … truly, what’s not to love? If you’re like me and need something to fill in since the Silos Baking Competition wrapped, you’re in luck because Hulu has a pizza-themed show hitting your screen this fall.

Hulu’s Best in Dough is a pizza baking competition hosted by Wells Adams — the star of JoJo Fletcher’s season of The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise — and chef Daniele Uditi, creator and co-owner of Pizzana. The 10-episode series will premiere on the streaming giant on Monday, September 19, with three episodes available to watch. The finale, however, airs on October 3.

In each episode, three contestants compete for a cash prize, showing off their pizza-making skills and doing their best to impress the judges: chef Millie Peartree, comedian and food influencer Eunji Kim, and baker Bryan Ford. Contestants include Italian nonnas, pizza shop owners, influencers, mother-daughter teams, and fine dining chefs.

I, for one, can’t wait to order some pizza from my local slice shop (or maybe even shuffle over to Walmart to pick up the Surfer Boy Pizza) and tune in.

What do you think of the new show? Will you be watching it?
