If you’re excited about the holidays but not about the amount of cooking and cleaning time involved in making a traditional meal, you’re about to get a holiday gift.

You may have already experienced the ease of sheet pan cooking through recipes like crispy sheet pan gnocchi and veggies or crispy sheet pan noodles with glazed tofu. Now, however, cookbook author Chungah Rhee (@damn_delicious) has taken it up a level with her recipe for a full sheet pan holiday dinner for four. And yes, it’s an entire ham dinner — complete with two sides!

When she posted it on Instagram to her 445,000 followers, the response was enthusiastic and filled with heart-eyes emojis. It’s no wonder, because the whole meal is baked on two sheet pans in 45 minutes, from prep to serve.

Here’s what’s on the menu: glazed ham steaks, garlicky green beans, mini sweet potatoes stuffed with candied pecans and toasted mini marshmallows, and even biscuits. The beauty of sheet pan cooking is its convenience — it saves time, ensures everything is ready to be served together, and makes cleanup a snap.

You can find the full recipe here. And, because a great holiday meal deserves a great holiday dessert, pull out a third sheet pan and check out this three-in-one sheet pan pie recipe, which gives you sweet potato, pecan, and pumpkin pies all on one pan. Happy holidays, indeed!
