Holiday Drinks Are Officially Back at Starbucks
Starting today, November 1, all your favorite holiday drinks are officially back at Starbucks. That means you can walk into your local Starbucks right now and order any of the classic drinks, including the Gingerbread Latte, Eggnog Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, Caramel Brulée Latte, and the Peppermint Mocha.
But this year — just like last year — the launch of Starbucks’ holiday drinks are not coming in the signature red cups. This year your favorite coffee drinks are being served in a special green cup while supplies last. If you look closely at the green cup, you’ll notice a beautiful illustration by Shogo Ota of what looks like a crowd of people.
According to Starbucks, these green cups are meant to represent the Starbucks community — the employees, customers, and partners. “During a divisive time in our country, Starbucks wanted to create a symbol of unity as a reminder of our shared values, and the need to be good to each other,” said chairman and CEO Howard Schultz.
Still craving those signature red cups? There is still a possibility that they will return at the end of this month.
