A New “Hocus Pocus” Cereal Is Here and It’s Guaranteed to Spook Up Your Breakfast This Fall
It’s Saturday morning, I’m about to watch cartoons, and I’ve just poured myself a huge bowl of my favorite cereal: It’s a magical moment that has been forever burned into my memory. And, I’ll be honest, the right box of cereal still takes me back to being a little kid on the couch in an oversized T-shirt with my bowl of cereal in my lap.
Now, thanks to Kellogg and their announcement of the new Hocus Pocus cereal, fans of the cult-classic movie can relive their childhood in more ways than one. Beginning this month, those who love the franchise can join the Sanderson Sisters for breakfast, just in time for the highly anticipated release of Hocus Pocus 2 on Disney+ this September.
The cereal, which might just need to be eaten out of a cauldron (or your new Thackery Binx mug) features berry brew-flavored purple, orange, and yellow star-shaped pieces topped with green and purple flecks that represent the Sanderson Sisters’ robes. This delicious new flavor (priced at $4.29 and $5.29 per 7.7-ounce and 12-ounce boxes, respectively) hits all the marks in creating the perfect potion — I mean, cereal — and I cannot wait to get my hands on a box.
Now of course, with all this cereal talk, there is no reason why we can’t dive further into the versatile world of the breakfast staple.
