Q: This is the most wonderful thing I've ever needed help with: a friend gifted me with a bacon-of-the-month club, in which I will receive a pound of gourmet bacon each month. So far, I've enjoyed eating it plain (fried/baked), on sandwiches, and in soups. But I need help! I live alone, and mostly cook for just me.
