Q: My 81-year-old Italian immigrant grandfather keeps a beautiful garden every summer. We have so many hot red and green peppers and I am wondering if you have a recipe for Arrabiata sauce?

I found recipes online that call for red pepper flakes only — but I want to use the fresh hot peppers!
