Grindstone Bakery Sprouted Seed Spelt Bread
The gift of bread is simple, nourishing, and in some cases, really really exciting. A friend recently returned from her native Northern California with a loaf of Grindstone Bakery Sprouted Seed Spelt Bread for me. Major score.
It’s made with organic whole spelt flour, purified water, organic rye starter culture, organic sprouted sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and Celtic sea salt. There’s no yeast, dairy, or GMOs. Yesterday I had a slice browned in a little olive oil and topped with avocado and sea salt. This morning I had it toasted with butter and apricot jam.
