Here's a find for our European readers: a kit for making fresh cheese at home. It's assembled by Barbara Prezelj, a student from Slovenia now living in the Netherlands and studying Dutch cheeses. It includes a few things that set it apart from other cheese kits, 3 cheese moulds, plus muslin and cheesecloth, a thermometer, recipe booklet, and enough citric acid and cheese salt for about 30 batches of fresh ricotta, goat cheese, queso blanco, paneer and yogurt cheese or labneh. There's even a charming hand-painted box to hold it all.
