Q: Here in Arizona, the weather's starting to warm up and the wildflowers are blooming. It is definitely the beginning of margarita season! This year, I want to try making an Arizona classic: the prickly pear margarita.
The thing is, I don't want to use an overly sweet syrup, and I don't want to go through the hassle of making my own (too many prickers). Can anyone recommend a good, not too sugary, commercial prickly pear juice?
