Broccoli Sautéed with Crisp Garlic – you don’t have to say much more to get our attention. Yes, broccoli is perhaps the most over-used and abused vegetable on the face of the earth, but done right (especially with garlic) it’s a quotidian pleasure.
This particular recipe is from Gordon Ramsay and it includes a dash of oyster sauce. This adds a surprising depth and body to a very basic yet delicious weeknight dinner, according to the cook.
