If you’ve been following the news over the last year, you’ve probably heard about Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady’s rocky marriage that led to the two finalizing their divorce after 13 years together. What you might not have heard, however, was that back in February, the former Mrs. Brady quietly purchased her own home near Miami Beach for the modest price of $1.3 million — and it seems very cozy.

Sure to make it to the top of anyone’s “dream home” list, the beautiful seaside cottage — described as having an “Art Deco-style” in its listing, according to the New York Post — was purchased on February 28 via an LLC. Boasting three bedrooms and three baths, the 1,540-square-foot home features a light-filled, all-white space with hardwood floors throughout.

Originally built in 1940, the photos show an “immaculately renovated home” with the main bathroom showcasing dual vanities with brass hardware and all-white tiles. A wide window can be found inside the bench-laden glass-encased shower, along with an overhead waterfall-like shower. The open-concept living room holds a faux brick fireplace and dining area, while two glass sliding doors open out to an intimate al fresco dining patio and backyard.

While the above mentions of the cozy cottage — which is currently undergoing another renovation by Bündchen — are worth anyone wanting to move right into, the kitchen (which is really what we’re all here for) is what deserves the most praise. Much like the remainder of the home, the kitchen is an all-white space with sleek white cabinetry. Unlike the bathroom, however, the hardware found throughout the space is polished nickel. An oversized marble island, subway tile, and plenty of lighting take control of the comfortably sized eating space, too.

If this doesn’t seem like the type of home that the Brazilian model would call home on a day-to-day basis, you may be right. While we’re not quite sure what Bündchen plans to do with this home, it was recently reported that she paid a whopping $11.5 million to purchase another Miami home in Billionaire Bunker.

The 6,600-square-foot home sits on an 18,400-square-foot plot and is a short boat ride away from Tom Brady’s almost finished $27 million mansion. The home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and, as we probably all expect, a larger home also means a bigger, fancier kitchen. The expansive wood-paneled kitchen comes with not one but two islands, stainless appliances, and sliding glass doors that lead to a patio.

Although it is rumored she purchased the second home so that she can be closer to her ex-husband and their shared children, we’d like to think she bought it solely for the reason of having a bigger second kitchen where she can host Dolly Parton-esque dinner parties.

Whatever the reason for either home, she can probably use this ingenious dinner-party trick that makes cleanup a breeze.
