It’s Friday, which means it’s basically the weekend, which means you need to celebrate with something fabulous. Take your standard spaghetti noodle, top it with a homemade kale pesto, and pop open that can of sardines. It’s dinner time.
You don’t use a lot of sardines for this recipe, in fact, you only need one. It’ll add that perfect amount of salt and flavor that you normally wouldn’t find in a bowl of pasta. I love how delicate sardines are and how they break down into the pasta as you’re devouring the dish.
