This four-ingredient garlic sauce is a super versatile way to prepare any number of foods: You can use it on roasted vegetables, in salads, and on meats. It makes a spectacular dip for chips or vegetables, and it’s a great way to use pantry staples.

Hummus — store-bought or homemade forms the base of this thick and savory sauce that’s dressed up with garlic and lemons and dill. It’s a simple technique, but it makes your familiar hummus taste like an entirely new sauce.

If you want it to be more saucy, you can adjust the consistency by adding a little water. Thin the sauce out to use as a salad dressing, or for roasted vegetables. Leave it thick if you want to use it for a dip, and thin it to somewhere in the middle for wraps or sandwiches. You can also adjust the ingredients to suit your own tastes by adding more lemon juice for acidity or dill if you want it to taste extra herby.

So yeah, we’re a little bit in love with this dip right now.
