Frosted Flakes Is Releasing Three New Milk-Changing Flavors and One Tastes Just Like a Strawberry Milkshake
I think I can speak for many of us when I say that one of the best parts of having your favorite bowl of cereal is the way the milk changes colors (and flavor!) during the process of eating. As a kid, I would pour way more milk than I needed, just to be able to enjoy a little more chocolate milk at the bottom of my bowl of Cocoa Pebbles. And I can bet you’ve done it, too.
So naturally, when Kellogg’s announced new milk-changing Frosted Flakes flavors, the little kid in me went nuts. Coming in hot off the release of their Froot Loops-flavored Jelly Beans right in time for Easter, the new cereal flavors are a step in the right direction to fully convincing me that they can do no wrong.
Arriving in stores nationwide this May, fans of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes cereal can try three new flavors (yes, THREE!) that are guaranteed to help you enjoy your bowl of cereal twice over. Not only will the taste of the milk change, but the color too! Too much fun in one bowl if you ask me, and I am here for it.
So, what flavors can you expect to find on shelves this spring? To start, a lovely combination of caramelized brown sugar, maple syrup flavor, and warm cinnamon spice on golden toasted corn flakes makes Kellogg’s Cinnamon French Toast my personal favorite without even trying them yet. Strawberry lovers can also experience a ripe, juicy strawberry flavor with rich, creamy notes with the Strawberry Milkshake variety that turns the milk in your bowl bright pink! And lastly, if you are more of the classic type, the Chocolate flavor brings the traditional corn flakes taste, coupled with sweet cocoa and vanilla notes, begging the thought: “Why isn’t all milk, chocolate?”
Frosted Flakes lovers can get any of the new flavors for $4.49 per 13.5-ounce box and $6.29 per 24-ounce box once they hit shelves in the next month. Just don’t forget to mark your calendars because if you’re anything like me, you will need space in your pantry for all three flavors!
Once you’ve eaten them all though, don’t throw away those empty cereal boxes quite yet; using them as drawer organizers is a creative way to keep your kitchen neat and tidy while simultaneously caring for the environment. Happy eating!
