For the Bread Basket: 10 Best Rolls, Buns, and Biscuits

I don't feel like the table is really set unless there's a basket of dinner rolls to pass around. Whether it's a simple chili dinner with friends or Thanksgiving itself, some sort of warm buttery bread feels necessary for nibbling throughout the meal and then scooping up that last saucy bite. Here are ten recipes that will do the job quite nicely.

The advantage of buns and rolls is that they can often be made ahead: the dough can be refrigerated overnight, or the baked rolls can be frozen and warmed again before serving. The advantage of biscuits is that they can be mixed, baked, and on the table in minutes.

Both are worthy of the bread basket. Both are easy to work into your schedule. Both will make your guests very happy. Done, and done.
