Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello, Michael gathers a group of friends to make foodie Christmas Gifts, such as Cranberry Vinegar, Basil Oil, Cinnamon Oil, Spiced Candied Walnuts, and “Liar’s Cookies.”

Thursday on Food Network, check out the All Star Holiday Party featuring Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, Michael Chiarello and of course Sandra Lee. Watch as Michael and Bobby struggle to find nice things to say about Aunt Sandy’s Crab and Cream Cheese dip.

Friday on The Martha Stewart Show, Food and Wine magazine’s best new chef of 2006, Jason Wilson, makes Pomegranate-Glazed Roasted Duck Breast with Bourbon-Braised Brussels Sprouts. Also, Wilmer Valderrama of (currently appearing in Richard Linklater’s adaptation of Fast Food Nation) joins Martha to make some holiday drinks.

Saturday on Barefoot Contessa, Ina makes a holiday dinner that can be completely prepared ahead of time. On the menu is a Cauliflower Gratin, Roast Pork Loin stuffed with Sautéed Fennel and for dessert, Pumpkin Parfaits with Ginger Biscuits.

Sunday on Nigella’s Feast, Nigella goes Indian. Recipes include Mughlai Chicken Curry, green pea and cheese curry Muttar Paneer, and a Yogurt and Pomegranate Raita.
