Father’s Day is right around the corner and if you’ve been scratching your head wondering what dad really wants, remember that you can never go wrong with a solid breakfast to start the day. It’s a fun (and delicious!) way to let Dad know you’re thinking about him.

So, what to make? These hearty recipes are a good place to begin. Many can be prepped ahead of time and all are easy — which means you can enjoy time with Dad instead of being busy in the kitchen. If your dad is a classic eggs and bacon kinda guy, you can’t go wrong with breakfast tacos, BEC sliders, or a hash brown egg casserole. And if he has a sweet tooth, help him greet the morning with a pancake-inspired casserole or coconut French toast. Just don’t forget the cup of coffee (bonus points for cold brew!), and remember that no matter what you cook up, a pan of bacon from the oven is always a good idea.

Here are over 20 of our best Father’s Day brunch recipes for a breakfast Dad will love.
