Have you ever confidently sat down to start making your holiday shopping list, only to break out into a cold sweat after you’ve written down the last name? What are you supposed to get all these people? Etsy is here to help. Not only does the site obviously have great gifts, but it’s also launching its first-ever holiday hotline.

On November 5 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET, you can call the hotline to speak directly to someone from Etsy’s team of experts (including Dayna Isom Johnson from the NBC show Making It). Tell them a bit about who you’re shopping for and how much you want to spend, and they’ll follow up with an email full of links to gifts. For free!

Plus, each caller will get a free Etsy gift card to jumpstart their holiday shopping. Unfortunately, we don’t know the value of this gift card. We asked and an Etsy rep told us that the amount is a surprise and won’t be released until November 5 when people call in. So we don’t know if it’ll be $5 or $50 (probably closer to $5?), but still, it’s free money. Tip: Make sure you have an etsy.com account before you call, so your gift card can be added to your account.

While we wait for November 5 to roll around, we thought we’d suggest a few gift ideas here. They’re not tailored specifically to the people on your shopping list, but at the very least, maybe you’ll find something to add to your own wishlist.
