Entertaining Tip: Citrus Garnishes for Water and Other Beverages
Whether you’re hosting a fancy dinner party or a casual potluck, providing a beautiful array of citrus garnishes can make beverages as simple as water feel, and taste, special.
Lemon is a standard drink garnish, but you can go beyond this to include citrus like pink grapefruit, orange, and lime. Thinly slice the fruit (use a mandoline if you have one), arrange on a platter, and let guests choose one or more to flavor their still or sparkling water, iced tea, and other drinks. Serve with small tongs or a fork to make it clean and easy for you or your guests to pick up the slices.
People will be delighted by the options, and even if all you are serving is tap water, this gives it a festive twist.
