Emma Stone is goals, but she’s also relatable. The Academy-Award winning actress is currently making headlines for her recent role in Poor Things. However, she also admitted that she has some interesting eating habits. Specifically, she eats the same snack every single day. Yes, you read that correctly!

Stone appeared on the podcast, Smartless, and revealed her favorite snack to eat. “Every day for a snack, I have apples and peanut butter,” she revealed. Co-host Will Arnett understood the love of peanut butter, adding that his favorite on-set treat is peanut butter and rice cakes. One of Arnett’s co-hosts, Jason Bateman, joked that the two were probably splurging on nut butters. Stone added, “Peanut butter gives you a little hit of protein and a big hit of joy. It’s delicious.”

She’s not wrong. I’m no stranger to apples and peanut butter. However, if I’m being honest I do prefer to eat apples with almond butter, but hey, it’s all nut butter at the end of the day. My favorite way to prepare the simple snack is to cut a tart apple (like a Granny Smith) using a fruit slicer. I then add two tablespoons of nut butter to the plate and dip the pieces into the nut butter. The snack has a nice crunch and the nut butter adds a sweet smoothness.

It’s always fun to be reminded that while a lot of celebrities live ultra glamorous lifestyles, they also sometimes just hang around snacking on the same foods we know and love.
