If you're like us, you might spend some time watching Food Network on weekends. It can be relaxing, and of course a great source of recipe ideas. Here are a few episodes coming up this weekend that feature light and healthy recipes – most already available online.

All times are Eastern Standard.

4:30 p.m. Giada de Laurentiis puts together a "Light and Healthy" menu of Conghilie with Clams and Mussels, Tuscan Salad and Grapefruit Zabaglione over Mixed Berries on Everyday Italian.

5:30 p.m. On Down Home with the Neelys, they bring picnic food inside with Gina's Sweet Potato Salad, Spenser's Grilled Broccoli and Pat's Stuffed Turkey Burgers.

8:30 a.m. Ellie Krieger makes a spicy Saucy Salmon with pantry staples like canned tomatoes and jarred roasted red peppers. Plus: Whole-Wheat Pancakes with Nutty Topping.

9:30 a.m. On Ask Aida, vegetables are in the spotlight with Vegetarian Pot Pie and a Creamy Baked Pumpkin Risotto with a little mascarpone cheese.

4 p.m. If you missed the "Super Chef Battle" episode of Iron Chef America, you can catch it again. Emeril Lagasse and Mario Batali take on Bobby Flay and White House Chef Cristeta Comerford, and the secret ingredient is anything in the White House garden. Michelle Obama makes a special appearance and urges the chefs to create meals that will inspire Americans to eat healthy.

7:30 a.m. Rescue Chef helps a lover of Chinese food dial back her takeout habit with recipes for Fried Edamame Dumplings and Tofu Stir-Fry with Fried Rice.
