Now that McDonald’s has launched all-day breakfast nationwide, an intrepid critic at Eater set out to try the entire menu.

Not only did this brave soul taste all 11 items, but he also ranked them — from best to worst — so we know what’s worth getting and what to pass on.

Eater critic Ryan Sutton separated the breakfast menu items into three categories: the good news, the mediocre news, and the bad news. At the top of the list, in the good news category, lies the Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddle. Sutton credits the success of this item to its relative level of originality — no other chain is serving bacon and eggs between syrupy hotcakes in a mess-free, easy-t0-eat package.

What’s at the bottom of the bad news category? The Fruit ‘N Yogurt Parfait, which Sutton likens to “vanilla pudding with strawberry pie filling.” The too-sweet parfait needs a makeover, in Sutton’s opinion, to stand a chance of survival.
