Do you eat breakfast every morning? Sometimes it’s easier to just skip the first meal of the day — especially when you’ve got a million things on your plate and you’re frantically running out the door.

But with overnight oats, you really have no excuse — just prep the ingredients the night before, and this magical breakfast will be ready for you when you wake up.

Overnight oats are super popular in the summer, when it’s too hot outside to even think about making oatmeal, but I still like to make them in the winter — I just give them a quick zap in the microwave to take the chill off before I eat them.

To make overnight oats, you simply combine rolled oats, chia seeds, raw cacao powder, hemp milk, and pear juice in a jar and place it in the fridge overnight. When you pull the oats out in the morning, top them with some pepitas, sunflower seeds, pomegranate seeds, and hazelnut butter.
