East Fork Just Launched Two Gorgeous New Colors That Are Perfect for Spring (and Beyond!)
Calling all warm-weather people: It’s time to get excited. Although there’s no telling when the temps outside will stabilize, that doesn’t discount the fact that spring is pretty much here. There’s much to look forward to, including blooming flowers, pastel-colored seasonal decor, and lighter layers. And, of course, all the new spring collections hitting the shelves at your favorite retailers. If there’s one brand that has this new seasonal vibe down pat, it’s East Fork, the pottery brand behind some of our favorite dishware. They just launched their best-selling dining pieces in two new adorably named colors: piglet and butter. The shades take after the idea of a springtime tea party — picture lots of sunshine, candy-colored clouds, ducklings, and all things dreamy. Select pieces are available in these darling colors, so you’ll be able to outfit your whole dining setup with the collection. And, when you see the offerings, you’ll definitely want to!
Up first, we have to mention that East Fork’s fan- and editor-favorite mug is available in both of the new colors. Butter is a pale yellow, clearly inspired by the cooking ingredient responsible for doughy pastries, fluffy buttercream frosting, and other delicious treats. This sturdy mug will quickly become the piece you reach for when making your morning cup of coffee — but it’s not the only East Fork item that comes in butter and piglet. You can also shop their coupe, side plate, and other dishes in the sunny hue. Each one falls under the category of handmade pottery that’s 100 percent lead-free and made of materials local to East Fork’s artisans.
The second half of this dynamic color duo is piglet, a baby pink inspired by ballet slippers, pale cherry blossoms, and other whimsical visions. One of the pieces available in the shade is the 10.5-inch dinner plate, which is perfect for everyday meals and special occasions alike. You can also shop the popcorn bowl, weeknight serving bowl, and more in the pale pink. Whether you just pick out a couple of your favorite forms or stock up on the entire collection, one thing’s for sure: These plates are going to last you a lifetime and look positively delightful doing it. Because butter and piglet are seasonal colors, they won’t be permanently available like, say, eggshell and black mountain. Although there’s no telling how long they’ll last, you definitely don’t want to wait too long before picking them up.
