Even the fiercest of workout and daily eating routines demand some moderation and self-care, and that’s why it’s important to work in some time to indulge. Actor and former wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has become legendary for his “cheat meals” in the past (his cheat day French toast is now available on Goldbelly!), but the recent post-workout breakfast he shared may take the cake because it’s almost enough to feed the entire gym!

In a recent Instagram post, the star of the upcoming DC Black Adam film gave fans a peek into what he enjoyed on his “cheat day” after working so hard preparing for roles. And, in true fashion, it included his infamous and beloved coconut banana pancakes.

“I’m doing it up big!” he shared before panning to all the food being prepared. The spanning menu included a dozen eggs (three whole eggs, nine egg whites), crispy turkey bacon, cornbread muffins from one of his favorite local Memphis spots, the coconut banana pancakes made by his family chef, and “homemade” sweet Hawaiian biscuits. And as he clarified, homemade totally meant Pillsbury — but hey, that counts, too!

“None of this has any chance of surviving!” he said in the video. As it all looked rather delicious, we’d be more than happy to take the leftovers if any happened to make it out alive.

This is the first show-stopping “cheat day” meals have made headlines though. Earlier this year, Johnson’s massively epic breakfast included five PB&J English muffins, a huge bowl of oatmeal, and more. If you don’t have the capacity to take in as much fuel as he does though, you can always just sip on some Teremana tequila and secretly hope that his line of Salt & Straw holiday ice cream is coming back this year.
