Drew Barrymore Just Launched the Cutest Food-Themed Art Prints for Kids (and We Secretly Want Them for Ourselves)
Actress-turned-home-decor-designer Drew Barrymore kicked off August with a new kids collection at Walmart, and, as expected, it’s filled with lots of cuteness. While the Flower Kids line mostly consists of whimsical furniture like a pear-shaped bookcase, there’s also some seriously adorable artwork that would look perfect in any playroom — or, quite frankly, our own kitchens.
We’re specifically talking about the World Cuisine collection of food-themed prints that celebrate international delights from China, England, France, Italy, Japan, and Mexico. Each framed 9-by-9-inch illustration showcases a food that a country is famous for — tacos, spaghetti and meatballs, sushi, etc. — plus its name in that country’s language as well as its name in English.
The World Cuisine Collection, which retails for $25 a piece, is meant to instill some international wonder and adventure in kids, but how cute would these pictures look clustered by your breakfast nook or on a spare wall in your kitchen? And who knows, they might just inspire what you’re cooking for dinner this week.
This print makes us dream of Paris and want to say oui to a glass of wine — but none for the kiddos, of course!
Who cares if your kitchen’s dirty? It’ll look instantly posh once you hang this print.
If your kid isn’t already a sushi fan, they will be once they see this colorful print, which features sushi rolls, wasabi, ginger, and chopsticks.
Pass the Parmesan! This print celebrates a popular Italian dish that’s now an American staple.
We love how festive this print is, from the turquoise swipes in the background to the vibrant green limes.
Let your kiddo know they’re your little dumpling with this sweet print.
