Entries are rolling in for our Valentine's Day Dreamy Meal giveaway. Entry is quick and easy - just tell us your inspirational plans for a dreamy Valentine's meal.

Annah has plans for an escape to the lush coast of southern India, with spicy masala fish caught fresh and fried in spices, cooled with cucumber yogurt and a pudding that sounds too good to be true. Click to see her recipes and how she came up with this menu.

Annah says...

Why does this photo inspire you? How can it not inspire you!!! The old architecture surrounded by coconut trees and water! It's like a old movie with Katherine Hepburn!! This would be my ideal setting for the most romantic getaway nestled in the heart of coastal south India!

I'm actually making this for dinner on Thursday to entice my fiancee to travel to these places with me at the end of the year. I have been there many times and it's one of my favorite places in the world.

Try and get two banana leaves to cover your plate with to add a little creativity. You can get it at an asian store.

Annah's Coastal Escape Menu
Whole Masala Fish - Best with pomfret, available in Asian markets.
Cucumber Yogurt - To go with the rice and even out the masala fish.
Tender Coconut Pudding - This is amazing!

Good luck Annah!
