This recipe for blood orange galette stopped me in my tracks: Look how gorgeous it is!
This tart is so simple, and yet it makes dramatically beautiful use of seasonal citrus — clementines and blood oranges, mixed for a lovely color. The tart is spiced up and sweetened with a cardamom creme anglaise layer between the pastry and fruit.
Really gorgeous!
