If you’re anything like me and always trying to find ways to be more sustainable around the kitchen, then you’ve probably heard of reusable storage bags. Ever since I found them, I’ve been hooked and haven’t bought disposable plastic bags since. Granted some on the market can be on the expensive side, so if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative, Dollar Tree has you covered

The Instagram account @lizfenwickdiy recently found these gorgeous reusable flower pattern storage bags that retail for just $1.25. Their orange tulip and white daisy design is super cute and perfect for spring but can obviously be used year-round. They also come in two different sizes: a 7 oz. one which is great for snacks (and comes in a two-pack) and a larger 25.7 oz. one. “These are adorable!” Liz said, noting they’re her favorite Dollar Tree find this month so far.

The possibilities for what you can store inside of the reusable bags are endless. Meal prep some ingredients for a quick weeknight dinner. Toss in some crispy roasted chickpeas for a snack on the go, or use it to store leftover fried rice from dinner the night before. I typically have a few bags packed with extra ripe fruit in my freezer, perfect for whenever I want a smoothie. Not just for food, you can also use them to organize your office supplies or toiletries.

Whatever the use, these bags will keep your items fresh and look good while doing it. The best part is they’re reusable, can be repurposed over and over again, and will hold up far better than your standard flimsy plastic bag. Plus, they’re better for the environment and help to reduce single-use plastic.

Liz found these hanging on tags in the kitchen section of her Dollar Tree. Given how cute they are, they may be hard to find so snag them while you can. While you’re at it, why not pick up some of your favorite Dollar Tree snacks too!
