Move over, burgers! This Memorial Day weekend I'm going to make grilled chicken kebabs. The chicken is skewered and grilled with onion and garlic powder, dried oregano, and lemon. It's added to a big bowl of rice, tzatziki, and cool cucumbers.
If not for a long weekend, this meal would be perfect for any warm-weather dinner. I love how the hot chicken is combined with the cold cucumbers and creamy tzatziki.
