Drama Is on the Menu at This Iconic Southhampton Restaurant in New Discovery Plus Series “Serving the Hamptons”
If you love the Hamptons and reality TV, Serving the Hamptons is for you. The new reality TV show debuts on Discovery+ on April 7, and all five hour-long episodes will be available for your binge-watching pleasure.
Serving the Hamptons follows the lives of the staff of 75 Main, a popular Southampton eatery, over the course of a summer, People reported in an exclusive. Much of the staff, including hostesses, waiters and waitresses, bartenders, and even a chef, live together in a beach house while working at the restaurant. Predictably, drama ensues.
“Everybody wants the same thing: have a fun summer in the Hamptons and make money,” one staffer says in a trailer. In the same trailer, 75 Main manager Victoria Hilton lays out the house rules, which include no hooking up, no big parties, and showing up to work on time. In response, a cast member says, “There’s going to be rule-breaking all summer.” The rest of the preview shows snippets of some of the drama that unfolds in the series.
Zach Erdem, the manager of 75 Main, seems game for viewers to go behind the scenes at the restaurant. “After 75 Main, and all restaurants, faced such a difficult year, we came roaring back to our best summer ever and having the support of Discovery+ is a dream come true,” Erdem said.
